What areas do we cover?

We operate in and around Salisbury and the immediate surrounding areas.

What is the process?

Firstly we visit your home and get to know you and what cleaning you want help with.


We then agree together a schedule that suits all of us, and agree a date for the first clean.

How does your pricing work?

Our prices are based on Karen & Adrian operating as a team & are based on an hourly rate of £18/hr per person. This enables CoKo to complete your clean to a high standard and get out of your hair in half the time.

A worked example might be a clean that is estimated to take 2 hours of effort for one person, would be charged at £36, and completed in a 60 minute window.

The pricing includes CoKo providing their own equipment and cleaning products.

Are you insured?

We offer an insured cleaning service. We carry insurance for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right. 


Please note that bleach spills and soils are not covered.

What are the payment terms?

You only start to pay when your worker actually starts work.

We send an immediate invoice and kindly ask that it is paid on receipt. Alternatively, you can pay by cash. We can collect this when we attend the clean.

What do I need to provide?

You are not required to provide any cleaning products or equipment, including a vacuum cleaner, steam or iron as appropriate (unless of course you would prefer for us to use those that you provide). It is important that if you provide the equipment that it is in a safe working condition and regularly checked e.g. cords on irons should not be frayed and plugs should be correctly wired and fused.

Your cleaning expert will keep you up to date with any products that may need replenishing in advance.

What about pets?

Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well - we have two fluffy dogs in our own family. During the service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — if they are left out, we would appreciate a meet & greet at the initial consultation, as not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space.

How long do I have to wait?

As a new business we have the benefit of being able to provide a quick and easy to access service - although slots are filling up. We operate Monday to Friday and will endeavour to provide you an appointment as soon as possible.
